IMPORTANT: The Jury reserves the right to refrain from awarding a prize altogether or to divide a prize. The decision of the Jury is final and incontestable. The General Manager of the Jacques Offenbach Grand Prix cannot guarantee that all rounds of the competition will be held in front of the complete and entire Jury. The Jury deserves the right to listen to excerpts of the presented arias only. If a participant is currently a student of a member of the Jury, or is a relative of a member of the Jury, this member of the Jury cannot vote for them.

- Elda Laro, Pianist (Deutsche Oper Berlin) / Conductor / Artistic Director of the Symphony Orchestra in Scutari, Albania.
- Kassandra Dimopoulou, Mezzo-soprano / Cellist/ Director of the Skull of Yorick Productions/ Creator and Project Manager of the Jacques Offenbach Grand Prix.
SEMIFINAL JURY
- Elda Laro, Pianist (Deutsche Oper Berlin) / Conductor / Artistic Director of the Symphony Orchestra in Scutari, Albania.
- Prof. Ursula Targler-Sell, Opera and Concert Singer / University Lecturer in Classical Singing.
- Dominik Am Zehnhoff-Söns, tenor/director and manager at the Vienna Opera Summer Festival.
